Potato gratin

Ingredients:
1.2 kilo potato slices
250 ml cooking cream
1 to 2 tablespoons tesmi
Nutmeg
200 grams of grated cheese

Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease an oven dish well with Tesmi. Place the potato slices on the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle some cheese and cooking cream over it. Then place two layers of potato slices on top. Then add some cheese and cooking cream over it. To taste, you can also sprinkle some nutmeg every now and then. Repeat these steps until the oven dish is full. Then pour out the cooking cream and make sure the top is completely covered with cheese.
Place the whole thing in the oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Let it cool for another 5 minutes and enjoy!
