Does the Tesmi arrive damaged or dirty?
Damaged: please contact us immediately (within 2 days of delivery). We will make sure that a new one is sent as soon as possible or that you get your money back.
Warranty
For the expiration date, check the sticker on the bottom of your Tesmi. If you have any complaints while using the Tesmi but before the expiration date? Please contact us as soon as possible and we will look for a solution together.
Do you have a complaint?
Please contact us via our contact form, we would like to look for a solution with you. Please contact us within 8 days after the invoice date. We will contact you within 5 days, then we will look for a suitable solution together. We are also always working on improving our services. Your feedback is therefore very valuable.
