400 grams of rice

1 or 2 tablespoon Tesmi

Preparation method

You can give your rice an extra flavour in 2 ways with Tesmi.

Method 1:

Place the rice in the pan. Add water until 1 knuckle above the top grain of rice. Add 1 tablespoon of Tesmi. Place the pan on medium heat with the lid on. Wait until all the liquid has evaporated and then turn off the heat. Let the pan sit with the lid on for another 5 minutes and Voila!

Method 2:

Place the rice in the pan. Add water to 1 knuckle above the top grain of rice. Place the pan on medium heat with the lid on. Wait until all the liquid has gone and then turn off the heat. Now add a tablespoon of Tesmi and then quickly close the lid again. Let the pan with the lid on stand for another 5 minutes. Then stir the rice well, so that the butter and flavor are well distributed.
