Shrimp Pasta
2 persons
Ingredients:
400 grams of shrimp (large, peeled and thawed)
150 grams of spaghetti
100 ml white wine
75 ml cooking cream
4 tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
100 grams of parmesan cheese
1 vegetable stock cube
2 tablespoons chives
2 tablespoons Tesmi
Cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper
Materials:
Pan
Wok or frying pan
Cutting board
Knife
Preparation method:
Put a pan with water on the fire and add a vegetable stock cube. When the cube has disappeared and a nice stock has formed, add the pasta. Cook the pasta until al dente.
Cut the garlic into small pieces and put it in a heated pan with 1 tablespoon of Tesmi. Fry this briefly. Then add the shrimps and change sides so that they become nice and pink. Sprinkle the Cayenne pepper over the shrimps and stir well. Then add the white wine and the chives. Cut the tomatoes and add them too. Add a 2nd tablespoon of tesmi and the cooking cream. When it has become a whole, add the parmesan cheese and let it soak in for a moment.
Drain the pasta and add it to the shrimp with cream sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
