Recipe: Dutch Endive Mash
Dutch Endive Mash
3 to 4 persons
Ingredients:
1 kilo floury potatoes
2 tablespoons Tesmi
200 grams of bacon
300 grams of sliced endive
Materials:
Pan
Frying pan
Knife
Cutting board
Pestle
Preparation method:
Place the frying pan on medium heat and add the bacon without any oil or butter. Stir regularly and let it get nice and crispy.
Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. You can also choose to buy already peeled potatoes. You will then have to boil them first. Boil the potatoes in water in the pan until they are soft. Drain the water.
Add 2 tablespoons of Tesmi to the potatoes. Depending on taste, you can always choose to add more or less. Mash everything and mix the butter well through the potatoes. Then add the crispy bacon and the endive. Mix everything well together and serve.
